“The core value I latch onto and attempt to become every day is Wear Any Hat. As a Customer Happiness AND Fun Team member, this often means wearing multiple hats at once! On any given day, I’m a Caller, a QC processor, 4506-C Expert (don’t forget to transition to the new form by 11am PST, 28 Feb!), and sharing different ways to “flatten” that SSA89! In between orders and emails I’m researching and running fun events for my co-workers to help us remain connected and preserve our culture during this time of pandemic, remote posture, and unrest. As a transplant from our home office in Irvine, to our new Tempe office it’s all the more important to me to embrace my roles to ensure we maintain the work-hard, play-hard atmosphere that plays a critical role in providing consistent, reliable service!”
