Senior QA/Trainer & Documentation Lead (Irvine team)
What a customer happiness promise means to me is always looking at the scenario from our client’s perspective. I hope to deliver the most pleasant experience to all our customers, and I believe that is achievable by considering what is best for them and what we can do to provide full support. I can think of one instance when we received an email from the client detailing how they had placed an order in our system, however, did not realize it failed to place. They were panicking as the loan was closing that day. They were very desperate to get it done before the loan request expired. I was able to call the employer multiple times that day until I was finally able to get the VOE done within hours of us receiving the email.
I deliver customer happiness by trying to create an environment in which our clients do not feel wrong for asking any questions. I also try my best to provide everything that they need to be successful. I find myself identifying with the LOL Everyday value and the Over Communicate value. I trying to create a fun work environment full of laughs and jokes. I also over communicate especially with client questions, pulling in multiple teammates to solve problems asap.
